Quick update… We had our fingerprint appointment and are awaiting clearance from INS. Once that’s received, Charlene will race to Richmond for apostilling and then we’ll FEDEX the dossier to Ukraine. Once in Ukraine, it all gets translated and then Oles has to stand in line, on a Thursday, to submit it to the SDA … whew!

We learned today that the we need to have everything in Ukraine by the 12th of November or else we likely won’t get an appointment until next spring. We’re praying for quick processing and God’s perfect timing. It’s hard to imagine Katya being in the orphanage for another 6 months because of paperwork.
